Good day Paragon community. Welcome to the Fall Season at Paragon Collegiate Academy. Fall brings many new things to Paragon Academy. Check our calendar to see the fun activities coming up such as our Fall Festival. This is a huge event for our PTSA organization and our school. I know that PTSA would love your help in putting together a fantastic Fall Festival for 2023.
Fall also brings us to the end of the quarter which is October 20, 2023. Report cards will be sent home shortly thereafter so you can see how your children performed academically this first quarter.
Athletics
Our athletic program is well underway with girls' volleyball and flag football currently taking place. Schedules are posted on our website. If you have children participating in our after school sports program, please make it a point to support our student/athletes by attending their contests, supporting coaches, and making sure your child finishes the season. With only two weeks left in the season, we start looking forward to our next sports which are girls' basketball and boys' soccer. Sign ups will be taking place the week of October 9.
Parent/Teacher Conferences
I wish to thank all parents/guardians who attended their scheduled teacher conference. I hope you received information which will allow you to assist your child in their academic progress. We require that you attend a conference with your child's teacher so if you have not had one, please come in and see the teacher as soon as you can.
Parent Workshop
I wish to thank everyone who has attended our Parent Workshops for the 23-24 school year. These will take place on a monthly basis and will focus on a different educational topic each time. This is a great opportunity to learn about how you can be an active participant in your child's education. If your children see that you are taking part in their education then their performance will increase.
